This is a one-on-one service where we would sit down in person or telephone/video chat & go over your current eating habits.
We would then work together to create realistic solutions for a positive change in those eating habits.
This is NOT a diet plan.
This is ONLY coaching on dietary habits that could be beneficial.
This can also include a categorized menu of foods to choose from when making your own meal plan.
